Refund, Return, Cancelation Policy

Faulty/ Wrong Item

Vnz Nail & Beauty Supplies guarantees 100% satisfaction. If a faulty or wrong item (except furniture and spa chair) is sent to you by us, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, we'll make it right. We may either fix the faulty item or send you a replacement. Wrong/faulty item will need to be returned in this case. You may also return it for a credit on your account, an exchange for another item of the same price or accept our offer for a discount. Please note we reserve the rights to offer you a remedy on a case by case basis which are fixing, replacement, credit note or discount offer. Damaged items caused by customers including: wrong installation, misuse, products that have been used or missing labels - are not covered under this policy.

Change of mind - Order Cancelation

Please read the descriptions of products and choose carefully before placing an order, as we do not accept return and order cancelation for a full refund if it is customer’s mistake, mind change or misused of product. In case of mind change or order cancelation, we might consider taking the item back or cancel the order with a 25% fee applied for handling and restocking. The returned items must be in good and original packages . Shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returned products are paid by customer. Return should be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

- All returns or cancelation must be authorised. Contact us first to arrange this.

- All returns will be inspected and must be 100% complete.

- It is the customer’s responsibility to properly pack, ship and ensure the contents of all returned packages using a traceable ground shipping method (we recommend Overnight courier or signature post) to:

Returned within 7 days of delivery,

In good condition, in original packaging with all printed materials, parts and accessories and the track and trace code on the exterior and,

Received in sealable condition.

- Any free items included with a specific product purchase must be returned as well.

- It is the customer’s responsibility to make claim with the carrier for any proof of delivery or damage to shipment returned to The VNZ Nail and Beauty Supplies.

- If you return products to the Vnz Nail & Beauty Supplies, you can email us to check your order status. We also email or text you to inform you that your order has been processed. Be sure you have your invoice number available when you call/email/txt us.
